Return To Life / The book portrays the liberation of Jews from Germany after its defeat, as well as the return of concentration camp victims from Germany and refugees from Soviet Asia to their countries of origin, primarily Poland. Through this book the anti-Semitism that raged after the Holocaust is revealed, and the Kielce Pogrom that turned the "Bricha" into a mass movement is explained. The book also portrays the lifestyle of the survivors in the Holocaust's aftermath during their stay at the Displaced Persons camps, the meeting between survivors and volunteer soldiers from Eretz Israel, the experience in British detention camps in Cyprus, and finally, the mass immigration to Israel after its establishment as a State.
