Refer to Copyrigh Ordinance (Cap. 528), under Division II Section 38, should include maps, plans, and aerial photographs; "fair dealing" is to reproduct them for Project/ Paper/ Thesis/ In-class seminar.if the users are to publish these maps/plans/aerial photographs independently or as part of their work; or to use them in public conference/seminar/symposium, they must seek prior approval from the pulbisher.
