this is the early map with traveller's guide published by Hong Kong Tourism Association (the precursor of Hong Kong Tourism Board) around 1959.
Four evidences can be found:

1. Hoi Sham island is inside Kowloon map.
with reference of survey department aerial photo, file no. 1964-2542, 1800ft (1964), file no. 1963-5140, 2000ft (1963), file no. F43_600-0086, 30000ft (1961)

2. Coastline of Hung Hom bay.

with reference of survey department topo maps and aerial photo, file no. 196-NE-10, Map 1:600 (1954, 1956),
file no. 196-NE, Map 1:2400 (1958),
file no. F64_775-0292, 40000ft (1959)

3. Central Coastline
with reference of survey department topo maps and aerial photo , file no. 196-SW, map 1:2400 (1958), file no. F44_600-0132, 30000ft (1961)

4. the Pearl in Your Hand is mentioned as the radio Hong Kong's tourist programme on the map which it is since 1950's in RTHK

Probably it should be the first or second English tourist map which published by official tourist association in Hong Kong
